Delete TezWrld Sentinel Data

TezWrld Sentinel by TezWrld LLC

Visiting this page does not delete anything. Sentinel has no email-and-password accounts; online features use an anonymous device identity. Here is how to delete your data.

Delete online data (in the app)

  1. Open Sentinel on the phone that set up your online features.
  2. Go to Outages or Devices and choose Delete my online data.
  3. Confirm. Sentinel deletes the monitors your device controls, its watches of other devices, its notification token and related records from our service, and requests removal of its anonymous Firebase identity. The app shows the result.

Monitors owned by someone else are not deleted when you stop watching them. Deleted records may remain in Cloudflare database recovery backups for up to 30 days before they expire. Inactive device registrations are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Delete on-device history

Use Clear history in Sentinel, clear Sentinel's app data in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete online data, so delete online data first. Exported reports and setup files must be deleted wherever you saved or shared them.

Clearing app data or uninstalling also removes the encrypted Sentinel Pro purchase record from the phone; your purchase stays with your Google account and can be restored with Restore purchase. Removing app data does not refund a purchase; Google Play handles purchases and refunds. To change advertising choices, use Advertising privacy choices in the app (where offered) or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.

Can't use the app?

Email support@tezwrld.com with the subject "Sentinel data deletion request", a description of the monitor (name and type) and roughly when you last used it. Because identities are anonymous, we may need more details to confirm the records are yours before deleting them. Never send passwords, pairing codes or setup files.
