Delete TezSweep Data

Visiting this page does not delete anything. TezSweep has no TezWrld account and keeps its data on your phone, so you control deletion directly.

Remove an email connection

Open TezSweep and go to the connected account.
Choose Disconnect account. This removes the connection, scan progress, inbox-count summary and recovery history for that account from the app. Your mailbox and messages are not deleted.
To also withdraw TezSweep's permission, remove it in your Google Account or Microsoft account settings.
For Yahoo Mail, disconnecting also removes the generated app password saved by TezSweep. Revoke that app password in Yahoo Account Security to invalidate it with Yahoo. This does not delete your Yahoo mailbox or restore messages already removed.

Delete all TezSweep data on your phone

Before you do, restore any files or emails you still need from Trash. Then clear TezSweep's app data in Android settings (Settings › Apps › TezSweep › Storage › Clear data) or uninstall TezSweep. This removes all of its local records. Files already in shared-storage Trash may remain on the device until you empty them.

Removing app data does not refund a purchase; Google Play handles purchases and refunds.

Support messages

TezSweep does not send your files or emails to TezWrld. If you emailed support and want that correspondence deleted, email support@tezwrld.com from the same address with the subject "TezSweep data deletion request". Never send passwords, access tokens, files or email content.
